In 1993 I travelled to India to meet an enlightened Guru in the Himalayas. The meeting was life-changing and awakened the awareness to the simplicity and perfection of Being. Life was not a struggle to achieve and become, but a journey of discovery of an underlying ease, power and vitality.

Years of immersion in the science of Yog under the ceaseless, loving guidance of Guruji has enabled this profound insight to expand, unfold, and refine my entire understanding of my self and of life. Furthermore, having spent more than 20 years working with people suffering from chronic pain, it has become evident that when we awaken our inner sense of Knowingness we regain meaning, direction, and genuine happiness in life.

“I always knew that miracles existed. Miracles are CREATED when we close our eyes and observe what is. Our being already knows what it needs, we simply have to learn to tune into it.”

For the last 20 years I have been immersed in a profound and meaningful exploration of Yoga. What began with an intensive study of the physical postures led me to moving into the subtler layers –limbs of the yogic system in which breath and meditation became what inspired me the most.

It was upon meeting my Guru that yoga and the depth of its meaning and purpose became clear. Yoga was no longer something outside of myself, it wasn’t something I needed to achieve, it was in truth that which I have always been. All the practices and techniques found in the science of Yoga are a means of purifying the body, breath; mind so that one may reclaim and live that which is their birthright, which is supreme peace and ever-present joy.

What I offer is a simple, subtle and precise approach to the science of breath known as praanaayaam, as well as a deep and practical exploration into the awakened intelligence of meditation. Both of these practices are mutually supportive of each other as they serve as a powerful means of transforming and elevating human consciousness to its authentic state.

In short I simply wish to share that which I love and which I know through unwavering devotion to my practice to be the most pragmatic and direct means of unfolding and living the awareness of freedom.
