The power to awaken the Chakras lies within you. Through the timeless techniques of mantra, mudra and breath meditation, Noah offers a unique opportunity to explore the depth and wisdom of the chakras to revitalize and balance your life.

This course will consist of four sessions of 1 1/2 hours each:

Building a Strong Foundation

In our first session, we gently awaken the fire of our life-force to establish a foundation of stability, adaptability, and vitality.

The Bridge of the Heart

As the seat of love and devotion, the heart chakra serves as the divine link between the lower and higher chakras. It is in the heart chakra that we open to what is true love.

Rise Into Freedom

This session sheds light on the three higher chakras which represent subtle doorways into a more refined way of expressing, perceiving and living

Flow of Oneness

In this final session, we integrate all of the knowledge and techniques gained through the previous sessions into a unified flow of Oneness and Freedom.
