UPCOMING this FALL, 2021

Oct. 17th, 24th & Oct. 31st
9:30 – 11:00 am, EDT

In essence, we are nothing but love. But the realization of this profound truth remains hidden because the life force becomes confined in the human heart through its attachment to the constantly changing experiences of happiness and unhappiness, gain, loss.

In this series of three sessions, through heartfelt exploration, we create a unique opportunity to transform and liberate the life force in the heart so it can rest in its original pulsation of pure love. Once the heart truly opens it can never close.

This course will consist of three sessions of 1 1/2 hours each:

You do not need to join all three sessions to participate. Please feel free to join any of them that you like.

The  Foundation of the Heart

Integral to the heart’s opening is the ability to settle and refine the life force or prana. Through special pranic breathing and seated movement techniques, as well as mantra repetition, we will establish your energetic foundation for the opening of the heart.

Opening the Heart

Building on the pranic foundation we created in our previous session, we will refine and deepen our breath, movement and mantra work to fully awaken the life force giving you the key to open the heart.

The Home of the Heart

Our final session unifies many of the previous techniques and culminates into a 30-minute heart meditation. It is the divine light of meditation that illumines the heart and guides it home.
